On recent testing conducted by the world's one of the leading inspection, verification, testing, and certification organization, SGS, Nasiol ZR53 nano-ceramic coating deems to withstand and protect its durability against various hazardous chemical compounds.
The testing performed using the industry-leading Volkswagen TL211 specifications. The methodology included exposing the surface, coated with Nasiol ZR53, within the designated time frames to several solutions such as isopropanol, hydrochloric acid (diluted at 10%), sulfuric acid (diluted at 10%), tree resin, bird droppings, distilled water and to numerous other compounds.
When surfaces that are not treated with ZR53 are in contact with harsh chemicals, like the ones listed above, the chemicals will cause damage to that surface typically by causing discoloration and fading.
Therefore, resulting findings from the Volkswagen TL211 testing concluded that the strength of ZR53 and it’s nano-coating properties are not affected when harsh chemicals come in contact with surfaces coated with the nano-ceramic layer.
